Energy Work
Energy work can begin in different places. Sometimes there is a pattern or block that keeps returning despite everything you've already explored. Sometimes the system doesn't need something excavated at all; it needs support shifting state, settling and becoming more receptive. And sometimes curiosity itself is enough reason to explore what is happening beyond the physical layer.
My approach works with the energetic field rather than requiring you to continually revisit the story surrounding an issue. I work contactlessly and intuitively, responding to what presents within the session rather than applying the same process each time. Depending on the work, sessions may also incorporate sound bowls and tuning forks to open, support or integrate the energetic work.
8D Energetics™ Deep Issue Release focuses on energetic core patterns and blocks, including patterns that may feel inherited, absorbed or deeply embedded. The intention isn't to process the pattern repeatedly, but to work directly with its energetic structure and allow a different pathway to emerge.
Energetic Massage works differently. Using my S2PS™ method alongside sound, the focus is shifting the system into deep calm and creating an environment of relaxation and ease. There doesn't need to be a problem to solve or a deeper issue to uncover.
Kundalini Reiki and intuitive fieldwork with the Akashic Records offer additional ways to explore the energetic system, each through its own lens and purpose.
Sessions are shaped by the type of work being explored and may be available in person at Centered Therapies in Davenport, Iowa or online, depending on the modality. In-person availability is usually on Wednesdays and may vary by schedule.
8D Energetics™: Deep Issue Release
You don’t need to have a specific issue to explore energy work.
You may be curious about what a session feels like, want an energetic reset, notice that something feels off or stagnant, or have a pattern in your relationships, reactions, energy or circumstances that keeps circling back even after you’ve explored it from different directions.
Sometimes what presents simply needs movement or clearing. Other times, a repeating pattern may sit deeper within the energetic system, including patterns that feel inherited, absorbed or carried forward from somewhere beyond the immediate story.
8D Energetics™ Deep Issue Release works directly with what presents within the energetic field. This may include scattered or stagnant energy, energetic imprints, inherited or absorbed patterns, or deeper structures that appear to be holding something in place. I locate what is asking for attention and work with it directly, creating space for the system to reorganize naturally.
What happens in the session
You recline while I work contactlessly with the energetic field. Breath guidance may be used, and in-person sessions can incorporate sound bowls and tuning forks when supportive to the work.
There isn’t a predetermined sequence applied to every person. I work intuitively with what presents during the session. You don’t need to identify an issue beforehand or know what needs attention.
The energetic work itself is typically completed within 20 minutes, allowing time afterward for quiet and integration rather than continuing to work simply because more time is available.
People may leave feeling spacious, quiet, lighter or simply aware that something feels different. Integration can continue after the session ends and may include emotions, insights or a desire for rest.
Deep Issue Release can be explored simply because you’re interested in energy work, as an energetic recalibration, or when something specific has been difficult to shift. It offers a way to explore what your system is holding without requiring a problem, a story or a predetermined outcome.
How 8D Energetics™ developed
I trained in Kundalini Reiki and practiced it for about a year before recognizing that I wanted a different way to work with deeper energetic patterns and blocks. That exploration led to the development of 8D Energetics™, my own fluid methodology for identifying and working with what presents within the energetic system.
My work draws from decades of intuitive sensitivity to energetic systems alongside training across more than 15 modalities. Rather than following a fixed energetic protocol, I use that foundation to determine how to approach each individual session.

Energetic Massage
Sometimes nothing needs to be uncovered, processed or released. Your system may simply need an opportunity to shift out of its usual state and experience deep calm.
Energetic Massage is contactless energy work designed to support that shift. Using my proprietary S2PS™ method, I work with the energetic field while sound bowls and tuning forks create an environment that supports relaxation, receptivity and ease.
What happens in the session
You recline comfortably while I work contactlessly within the energetic field. Unlike 8D Energetics™ Deep Issue Release, we aren't looking for a core block or trying to uncover the source of a repeating pattern. The focus is on the state of the system itself.
Sound is woven throughout the session to open and support the energetic work rather than becoming the method of working. I respond intuitively to what presents, allowing the combination of energy work and sound to create a deeply immersive experience.
There is nothing you need to analyze, process or accomplish during the session. This is an opportunity for the system to settle and experience a different energetic state.
This may be for you if you feel overstimulated or energetically full, want support shifting into a calmer state, or simply want an energetic session without needing an issue to work on.
Energetic Massage is not physical massage. The session is completely contactless.

Kundalini Reiki
Sometimes the issue isn't that something is blocked at its core. Sometimes your system simply needs support becoming more receptive to a shift that's already trying to happen.
Kundalini Reiki works within the energetic system to support greater flow, coherence and receptivity. If you've noticed that you have difficulty fully settling during bodywork, that relaxation doesn't come easily or that shifts feel clear mentally but don't seem to integrate more broadly, this work offers another way to support the process.
This is recalibration and integration work, not core pattern excavation. If you're carrying something repetitive or deeply embedded that you want to explore at its energetic core, 8D Energetics™ Deep Issue Release is the more appropriate session. Kundalini Reiki is for when the system needs support becoming more receptive, fluid and coherent so that change has room to integrate.
What happens in the session
You recline while I work contactlessly within your energetic field. Three levels of Kundalini Reiki are available, and I intuitively assess which level to use at the beginning of the session, so there's nothing you need to determine beforehand.
The work is restorative and integrative, focused on supporting energetic flow and coherence. Integration may continue after the session ends.
This may be for you if you have difficulty settling or letting go, feel that shifts aren't fully integrating despite understanding them mentally, or want energetic recalibration without deeper pattern work.
This may not be the session for you if you're looking specifically to address a repeating pattern or core energetic block. 8D Energetics™ Deep Issue Release is designed for that work.

Akashic Records and Beyond – EGC™ Energy Calibration
You've heard about the Akashic Records. Maybe you're curious but don't know where to start, you've tried accessing them and couldn't quite land there, or you simply want to experience what being in that field feels like for yourself.
This session offers a direct, experiential entry into the Records. You don't need prior experience, an existing practice or any idea what you're supposed to be doing. You simply need to show up curious.
EGC™ — Earth, Galactic and Cosmic — is my proprietary calibration framework for intuitive fieldwork with the Akashic Records. Rather than teaching you to read the Records or interpreting them for you, EGC™ works with your energetic field to support your own experience of connection.
Most people are introduced to the Akashic Records through readings and interpretation. This is different. The focus is being within the energetic field of the Records directly, with structure and support around the experience, so you can explore the connection without first having to figure out the mechanics.
What happens in the session
Through a meditative energetic calibration, we open a series of energetic spheres and align your field with your personal Record. Once the connection is established, you can explore silently, ask questions directly within the field or simply experience what presents.
There's nothing you need to perform, analyze or get right. Your experience is your own, and what you notice may be subtle, immediate or something that becomes clearer afterward.
You may leave feeling relaxed, thoughtful, spacious, curious or quietly connected, with integration continuing beyond the session itself.

This is not an Akashic Records reading. I don't access your Records and deliver information or interpretation to you. The session is designed to support your own access and experience.
How EGC™ developed
I trained in Akashic Records work and discovered that my particular strength wasn't reading the Records for someone else. It was helping people open their own access, expand an existing connection and move through thresholds into different layers of the Records.
EGC™ developed from that discovery. I'm not accessing the Records for you. I'm creating the energetic architecture that supports you in exploring them yourself.
